'Tis the Gift to Come Down Where You Ought to Be....
In 1787, the first Shaker community in America was established in the lovely Lebanon Valley at Mount Lebanon, New York. Continuing in the Shaker tradition of offering delicious foods and gracious hospitality to others, Shaker Meadows Bed and Breakfast opened its doors on June 24, 2001 on lands abutting the original Shaker settlement.
The Creamery Building
The Creamery Building has three comfortable suites, all with private entrance. They offer one or two bedrooms with king or queen beds and living rooms with additional accommodation on daybeds and sofabeds. Excellent for couples or families, the Creamery sleeps up to fourteen guests. The Creamery also houses the dining room, function hall, office and innkeeper's quarters.
Our 18th century farmhouse, great for couples, groups, retreats or family reunions, features six bedrooms, three baths, a living room/library, dining room, kitchen, porches and lawns. Reserve a single room with private bath or rent the whole house (6-12 guests), for your Tanglewood Music Festival or Jiminy Peak ski getaway.
